  • How do I start the application process?

    Upon making contact, a team member will provide you with a checklist specific to the service you seek and set an appointment for you.

  • How do I pay for the service and for my visa?

    We accept cash payments, MMG and direct deposits for payments. Visa payments are either paid to a bank, electronically or at the time of the interview depending on the country.

  • My passport with a valid US visa was lost/stolen, what do I do?

    The first thing you do is report the lost/stolen passport to the nearest police station. Collect a copy of your police report and immediately report the lost/stolen visa to the US embassy. Send email to visageorge@state.gov .
